The one across the street--they have Wally the ever-barking dog and four separate animated Xmas displays in their front yard that continually play music.
They are extraordinarily lucky on the timing: because everything is soaked the sparks from the fire (which I think might have been creosote build-up) that landed on their roof and the grass eventually went out. Had it been earlier during the year, there's no telling if their house and the house immediately next door would have remained intact.
Eventually the fire department got up on a ladder and shot water down their chimney. They left after about 40 minutes and we went back to bed around 3:15 or so.
