Barney Frank is awesome
ok, I'm totally nerding out here (as usual) but Barney Frank is probably the smartest guy in Congress. He totally shuts down asshole P.J.O'Rourke in a discussion on economics and class warfare. I feel 200% smarter every time I listen to Barney.

golden linux box
So we're getting Linux workstations next week. Good-bye (and good riddance) to my SGI.
....but the cool thing is we get to name our linux boxes (give it a specific host name) but the one requirement is that it be a bay area city.
So I'm choosing atherton.....because I'm worth it. -
