I would try getting touch with Helena. She's the only one I know of that has a sowing machine that isn't broken.

There is also those kiosks in the malls that embroider hats and tees. But you might have to buy a shirt from them to get them to embroider your stuff.

You could probably also convince them to do an item that you specifically want done provided that you add the cost of a tee shirt to price of the job.
