(the satellite cable people are allegedly coming by on friday morning, but i will believe it when i see it. i am tired of missing

we are trying to get settled, yes. unfortunately, there are a few things that i can't do, like moving super heavy boxes and furniture, so things are a little slow going, but we'll get there. it's just frustrating to not have tv or internet while i'm limited in the things i can do around the house! we will totes get things sorted soon, though!

yay for the transfer! i hope it will work out even better for you than the current situation and that you'll have an easy time making new friends.

we're getting there, anyway. it's going to take another few weeks to get totally settled, but we've made a start. and thankfully, the satellite cable people showed up on friday! you know, super late, as usual, but the important thing is, we have tv! now i can get back to watching my regular shows and the evening news and whatnot. internet will come, but we're still trying to sort out how we want to organize computer things, so it might be another couple of weeks, unfortunately.

bb, you are far from boring, but i can totally appreciate the not-much-happening thing. i'm rather in the middle of that myself!

i'm not! i'm just internet-less and can't justify spending money in a coffee shop or the bakery every day to use the wifi! we will get internet stuff settled at home soon, but in the meantime, i'm pretty cut off from everyone. but now we have cable, YAY!

i am pretty good. bbb is stressful but i'm mostly confident, it's just that worrying thing i do all the time no matter what. hahaha

i'm going on 3 weeks of being internet-less. it's really just not fun anymore. but at least there is tv, so i have something to do in the evenings. i'm just used to having internet all day to keep myself busy and to get things done, but not having it makes it hard to even get out of the house since i can't google directions to different places!

i read your first bbb! i have, like, no time to comment on things when i do get out to use the internet, but i read it and i really liked it! i've never cared for that film at all, but i loved your fic!
