So it's two weeks to Christmas, I've done absolutely no gift buying, and I feel as though there is not nearly enough time to squeeze in everything I want to do. Shopping, a trip to see the lights display, watching the entirety of my Christmas movie collection, stuff like that. How did Christmas sneak up on me this year? I blame Thanksgiving being

Settled and happy, most importantly! I missed Charleston a lot, but yesterday I had a random episode of missing South Florida.

It is strange and wonderful to have a feeling of relative contentment, and not feel as though something is still missing, somehow, though I never stop working to make my life full and meaningful. Having a place that I truly enjoy living in does help the positive mindset, I'll say that!

Yes, things are even pretty quiet on my other journal's friends list, too. I think I'm not helping by rarely posting!

We are so glad to be back home again. It's definitely very different from the way my life was before I moved away, but Leo and I are both very glad to have moved away from South Florida. We are seemingly all settled, and enjoying our new place, though I really do need to go through and take photos of every room, especially since the holiday decorations are up!

I think "everywhere but not really anywhere" sums it up nicely! I check both of my LJs, but no one posts much, Twitter is annoyingly brief, Facebook doesn't bear thinking about, and Tumblr isn't good for much. I do miss the good old LJ days for sure!
