Butterfish! Just read in the Globe about how many local restaurants sell things like Sablefish under names like Butterfish because they 'sound better' even though they are totally wrong and more than a little screwing-the-customer in terms of price and quality. So there you go, a thing I've learned and share with you!
Now I'm gonna go watch. I just--this doesn't SUCK so far? Fingers crossed for the rest?
