It's LOVELY. It's just so round and perfect, and so nicely accentuated by the weaponry and the hip slung stance, I just can't even stop staring. More movies staring Jeremy Renner's butt, please. *_____*

I read a review of Magic Mike in Empire magazine, which I generally trust more or less, and they gave it four stars. Which pleasantly surprised me, because I had more stuck to the idea that it would be a dreadful movie made redeemable solely by the delicious eyecandy on display. It hadn't occured to me that it might actually be a good movie! So now I am doubly excited for it.

Oh whoo! Yes, I haven't been reading reviews at all because I--don't care. I don't care. I know I'm going to go in and have FUN and enjoy the hell out of it on maybe a purely prurient level? But hey, delicious eyecandy is delicious; good enough!

If I enjoy it more than that, \o/ So good to know--doubly excited indeed.

DAMN, RENNER. It's a thing of glory. It makes me want to write a poem. But then I'd need to deliver my art in person and I'd probably get arrested.

So exciiiiiiited. I have NOT been able to believe at any point that this is a thing that we are actually going to get. Clearly it is a cruel studio joke! And yet now we can make plans and buy tickets so they have to show it to us, right? Right?

I feel like that ass could get you through almost any trial or tribulation. It is PERFECT.

Brave was so beautiful--the animation was astonishingly good. Everything we've read about the work they put into Merida's hair, it's like--no, that was worth it, well played.

But the story is so sweet and the relationships had so much in them that I recognize! I love it when a movie can do that! Go see it if you get a chance, take your mom or your sisters or something, it's a perfect mom & daughters date night. *g*

UGH damn everyone who doesn't get that Black Widow is pretty much the be-all end-all of both awesome and kickass. PFFT.

Person of Interest isn't what I'd call AWESOME, exactly--parts of the premise are hugely silly. But it's super enjoyable at the same time. Like, the dangerous soldier/crabby genius dynamic I love so much is all over the place.

I haven't had much luck with it streaming online or etc--it's not on hulu or netflix or CBS's site. But I've been watching it streaming from here: http://www.free-tv-video-online.me/internet/person_of_interest/season_1.html

You're welcome! I hope it's not a site infested with spyware? :D It's seemed okay so far!

I love that dynamic too, so so much. I mean, my favorite John Sheppard was allllllways the dangerous John Sheppard, mildly bewildered but largely accepting of his feelings for insufferable genius!Rodney McKay. But the show around the pairing being a little silly, and not too intense. Ideaaaaal dynamic. \o/
