A very good friend of my wife's and I always thought he was a nice guy, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor that is cancerous.  There is nothing that they can do whatsoever to stop its growth they are only giving him a few months.  He has a wife and 8 kids and is a really nice guy. Why I still don't understand why things like this happen.
