I just bought a 50 year old Cross Fountain pen off ebay for a real good price. Earlier last century they were the Mont Blanc of american made pens and sold for hundreds of dollars.  This will be the third cross I have, one newer high end model, a new low end model (that I use for everyday ) and the one I just bought

You know, it's kinda weird that you should bring that up because on a whim, I went out and bought some more dip pens yesterday. I just like the whole vibe of pen/nib and ink, although my calligraphy sucks and it takes forever to write anything.
