"People obviously feel very strongly about their candidates, but now that the election is over we must put aside partisan politics and come together as a nation to heal the wounds our country has had to endure. As a nation we must become more responsible with our spending habits, and more compassionate to our neighbors

I'm hoping that most people will take this to heart. I was shocked by what some people were saying throughout this election (and after it, frankly...). An ideological difference of opinion should not be the springboard for hateful spewing IMO.

we are all just people, taking a journey together, trying to do the best we can. my beliefs differ from yours, but that's ok. one is not better or worse, just different. :)
