(I'm back-dating this, to put it in the proper place)
A light session with Sean today, thanks to bad traffic and a bad back. We did one set of everything and spent more time on form and setting up a routine that I should be doing on my own, between sessions with him.
I started with 5 minutes on the treadmill to warm up, finished with 15 minutes after weights. (Total: 1 mile. I was slow.)
One set of 15 each of the following:
- leg press with 135lb of weight
- lunges, with 16lb of weight
- cable tricep pull-down with 25lb
- cable bicep curl with 40lb of weight
- seated bench press with just 20lb. (Boo)
- abdominal press with 60 lb for 5 and 50lb for 10
- back extensions (only 8)
I'm forgetting some stuff, but will append when I get a chance.
It was a very light session, but it kicked me ass, so I'm glad we took it easy. Now to get back on the horse!
