One of the DAs has realised that I type much faster than he does and has been giving me screeds of hand-written notes to type up. It's nice to have something useful to do (I haven't forgotten your editing Beau! I'll do more today), plus he buys me Cokes. :)

Thank goodness we're fairly relaxed about these things, or I might get myself in trouble. :o)

Tor is giving away a different free book every week. Along with a pair of wallpapers from their book covers. I have all of them they have given away so far, and can make them available for your perusal if you're interested.

Baen Books has many available all the time, and people distribute CD's of then all the time.

I remember you telling me that beforehand and I saved that into my memories :)

The current website talks about how they were giving a different one away each week, but now they have put all the ones they were giving away up at once (along with the wallpapers) and they shall be removing them on Sunday.
