I was asked at our going-away party how I was TRULY doing.  All I could do was blink and say " I feel like I am in spiritual jetlag."  It is true.  I fight to catch the red eye to be ahead of what is needed ( at the very least ON TIME and PREPARED) and then race to catch the next flight for the next agenda'ed item.  Life moving ahead at a ( Read more... )

In Calgary we had mastered the art of living Gluten/wheat free.  We had our home and our cupboards and our recipe books all at the ready and did mighty well!  ( The scale shows how well we were living!)  Now we are in a small town in Northern BC and.. well..  I am HUNGRY and hearing the siren's call of a perogie pizza from Boston Pizza!
