There was a sudden yelp and a cry of dismay as a form, blurred with the speed of falling, seemed to trip not only over a balcony railing just a few feet above Jin, but fell towards the ground at high speed in a whirl of flowers as they spilled from her hands.
(OOC: FYI, Ashyia is pretending to be a guy, but she sucks at it. Badly. XD)
His eyes darted towards th disturbance, running towards the person who was falling. Luckily, Jin caught the falling figure before it made impact. He was on his knees as he held him... er, her, now that Jin got a closer look. "Are you alright, young lady?"
So much for quiet.
(ooc: I know bits of Hana-Kimi, but Jin can't be fooled that esaily. 8D;)
(OOC: Apparently everyone in the world of Hana Kimi is oblivious... it makes me laugh. XD)
Ashiya had her eyes cinched shut as she curled in something akin to the fetal position muttering; "It's gonna hurt, it's gonna hurt..." She paused when she realized she hadn't made contact with the hard ground. Then she glanced up and flushed horribly with a quiet 'eep!' (Jin was alarmingly handsome after all).
"Y-yes, I am!" She cried out quickly before she realized what he said and her automatic response took over. "A-and I'm a boy!" She called defensively automatically deepening her voice as much as she could. (Which really wasn't all that much...)
Jin helped her up and let go. He smiled quietly to himself when he noticed her blush. He didn't think girls would feel that way, even at his age of thirty-five.
"You are?" He blinked as he examined her and shook his head. "I don't know what kind of game you are playing young lady, but you can't fool me, even if I am an old quack."
