The great thing about snakes is they do nothing.  They require less care than most plants.  They pretty much don't make any noise or demand any attention (and if you're smart about it they don't stink either) and then they tolerate you when you want a living thing to interact with

Congrats on getting the apartment and all that jazz! I also still think you have some of the best taste in Halloween costumes out there. If you get any pics of you dressed up I'd love to see them.

*GASP!* You just reminded me of Halloween during our senior year! Awww, that was fun. That picture of you and me in the light of the red spikey bulb is still one of my favorites. You in your awesome gothic lolita get-up and me as one of the Forsaken a skeleton.

Congrats on the move- where are you moving from? What have you been doing since you graduated (from UPS?)? What are you doing in Albuquerque?

I am moving from Los Alamos, where I currently live with my parents, but rent-free. I was working since I graduated, first on an ecological research field station in the middle of nowhere NM and then at the lab. In Albuquerque hopefully I'll get a job as a medical tech doing bloodwork and the like and then I'll go to school to become a film technician and climb my way through the ranks of the NM film industry to one day be an art director or something equally fancy and impressive.

The Forsaken are effin' metal. Plus, they're adorable in that abomination sort of way, which is my favorite sort.
