If I've learned anything from this department...its that I have to find my support from my peers...and not even all of them are willing to give it.

Just know that a lot of us see the type of person you are, and the work that you do. We know that you're talented, patient and hardworking. When it comes to going out in the real world...you're actually going to make it.
