1) Highland Kitchen: so good I might stop pining after Farm Cafe in Portland. Try the monsoon (mango, ginger beer, and rum) and the pan-roasted chicken with sweet potato hash and broccoli raab.

2) Thanks, Outlook calendar, for reminding me that it's 15 hours until my vacation day.

3) Muppet advertising! Amusing old coffee commercials.

It's so great to be able to see those Wilkins coffee commercials again! They were done when Jim Henson was a student at University of Maryland, on local TV in the DC area, where I grew up. I don't remember what shows they were on, but I would watch whatever shows they were just to see the commercials
