I go to open my diet Pepsi, in a bottle, and am being VERY careful not to get it all over my desk (and keyboard, phone, etc.) at work. It looked like it was going to be fine, but the fizz all of a sudden took over the bottle and began inching its' way to the top to try to get on my desk. Hmmm... every time I tried to open it, it did the same

be glad you're not out here-- over h alf the carbonated water etc we open fizzes all over because we're at such a high altitude-- i've had several near disasters lol
