Accomplishments this past week

Here is a great website that gives the points values for food at a ton of different restaurants. Very helpful when planning to go out to eat.

Hooray for you and your determination! *Throws more confetti in the air* I had fun taking a walk with you last weekend, so if you ever want a walking partner, you know who to call. Have you tried any of the workout DVDs I loaned you?

I tried the crunch latin groove blast one last week. This week is the kickboxing one.Next week is either the yoga one or the pilates one, depending on how brave I am feeling.
