It's an incredible thing. Losing a family member. Especially a pet. I've never lost a pet before. Not one that I had time to get to know and care about anyway. Sure I lost 5 fish within a week. I got everything I wanted for christmas. It's interesting because this is the first year that I would have been debilitatingly disappointed if I didn't get something that was on my list. - a beautiful hand made yellow scarf (very warm - I wore it all day)
