So my dad's in the hospital...he's never been to a doctor and the first time he does go they admit him...diabetes has his leg screwed up. I feel obliged to visit him but I don't want to. Maybe this will be the thing to change him into a sober, sane man. If it was my mom or brother I would have been there in an instant. He made my life miserable,

i kno its hard. but u have to try to not let him bring out the worst in you.ur mom is there for him because to her, thats her role. thats the way she was taught, to stick by her husbands side no matter what kind of person he is. i kno all u feel is revenge now..but try not to...u never kno, things could change.and he still is family.
