I'm ready. I'm ready for Sam to EARN Dean's trust again. He can do it! Meanwhile, Ryn's already arguing that Sam is still a Lying Liar who Lies and doesn't believe him for a minute.
As a side note - it makes me so happy that our show is so well written. For four years trust was implied, it never had to be addressed until the very end of season four and now in the beginning of season five. I can only compare this to four years of the last ten minutes of Smallville where "You can trust me/why don't you trust me?" was so repetitive that it became a joke!
YES. Our show has character growth. My co-worker, Jen, is on disc 6 of Season 1 and actually watched part of the premiere. She was all "OH WOW" and turned it off and then burned through 4 more discs to catch up. She's hoping to be up to date by month end.
But she was surprised - "Because I could tell "Holy shit. So they actually paid off that family stuff didn't they?"
