Ok back to normal- I need to lower the carbs huh- up the protein and lower the carbs. Does whole wheat pasta have less carbs?

Guess what I'm in!!! today is the 3rd day in boot camp, my contract is on the fridge. May 12th I'll be a lean mean Quin machine...just in time for bikini season.
