Hee! This is the exact method i use to make large amounts of hot drinks at work! My one adjustment is that i add the milk to the coffee before the hot water to further reduce the chances of scoulding the coffee. Is this not what everyone does?
Dunno, but apparently if you add boiling water to instant coffee it burns or summink, supposedly tastes better with hot water only. Do a taste test or something - i'm not a big coffee drinker so find it hard to tell. I am however currently drinking cup of tea number 5 of today :)

Concentration wise, just use as much as you'd normally use for squash. Maybe 1/7?
