um yea i know how to drive..i just turned 18 like a month ago..

i live in west virginia..

its not my fucking fault.

and shit..i passed my learners on the first time. that's not THAT bad. i can get my license in a few weeks. yeaaa.

i know for people under 18, it's 8 months, but i think it may be only be like a certain number of hours for people over 18.

I thought it was either 3 weeks or a month. My brother got his learner's when he was 19, and I think they told him 3 weeks. Lazy ass never did go get his license though.
