I need to make a few dairy-based meals I can prepare ahead of time and eat cold on Sunday and Monday during the holiday of

1 lb. whole wheat spaghetti (thin or normal)
7 T sesame oil
7 T soy sauce
3-4 T sugar
3 T balsamic vinegar
red pepper flakes
3-6 scallions, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Cook noodles
Mix sauce, stir sauce, scallions, and cilantro into noodles
Chill
