Justin and I made and offer today on a house. We then celebrated by going to lowes and talking about what we wanted to do. Rather than eat and sleep, Jackson barely ate because he was distracted by all of the cool stuff at lowes

we have to qualify for a loan through the bank that owns it so that they know it will actually sell....and it took a couple of days for that to happen.
