Well, to catch up since the Smithsonian post - Emily and Jared's wedding was lovely and a very good time. Seldom have I seen a couple as happy as they are, so it was something of a privilege to be part of the ceremony. "Apparently" is also often used to indicate sarcasm by pointing out something that is inherently obvious in the circumstances. As in, "Apparently, Ryan has been teaching too much Kaplan."

So glad to hear that my grandkitty is feeling better. It's very awful when animals get sick. Kind of like when babies do. As for being complimented on your "very good" aggressiveness, let me go right out on the limb with Ryan and say that the only person I know who was surprised by that comment was YOU!
