Oh. I thought it was more obvious than that lol. I'm sorry for the confusion. It was supposed to be the sniper the police were pursuing after the attack at the apartment. The second man was one of Eien's henchmen posing as an officer and killed him. Yes, Eien is a jerk. >.< A very very big one. XD

Yes, she did. They very quick, especially when it comes to Jaejoong lol. As for what happens. Well I can't really say. You'll just have to read the next part to find out. Aww I'm sorry. I suppose thats the nature of the genre though. -pats-
