A friend of mine told me a while back "If you need a job, do manual labor at a really cool place that you like. Then, when one of the really cool jobs at the really cool place opens up, you say 'Hey guys, I'm really cool - you should give ME that job!' And in the blink of an eye you're a millionaire astronaut."
