Lucrecia had awoken that night curled up in Vincent's bed alone. As her bright green eyes flickered open, it was more than apparent that Vincent wasn't there. Naturally, one arm reached behind her and touched warm sheets, but nothing more. It wasn't unusual, and he never left without saying anything to her first, but the loss of him beside her was always something she didn't like ( ... )

Something had changed in the air around him, before he could turn his head to notice any presence he felt the cool embrace envelop him from behind. He made no sudden movements, merely shifting his gaze to the breath-taking spectre that had suddenly possessed him ( ... )

Lucrecia had lived in solitude for many, many years before hand, choosing to stay away from civilisation until she felt ready to emerge from her cave and explore the world. It had taken years for her mind to mature. Once realising that she possessed eternal youth, Lucrecia had used that to her advantage and had taught herself the ways of a cat. Vincent's comments made her smile gently, her head leaning into his hand.

She remained as she was, gazing down at the maps with her beloved, arms wrapped loosely around him at his neck. She kept her gaze on the maps as he turned to her, thinking about his idea. "Indeed...but to attract the attention of that many guards would need a large scale diversion. Blood may be spilled." Lucrecia shifted her weight slightly and came to sit beside Vincent, legs folded beneath her, yet kept one arm around him.

"I do not yet know of your intentions...but if taking lives is necessary, then so be it."

It had been a sleepless night, for Fran. Her thoughts were elsewhere, and after a few hours of tossing and turning, Fran decided to walk around. She walked down the hall, allowing her feet taking her where they pleased. The destination didn’t matter, at the moment. Turning, she walked down a flight of stairs and headed towards the kitchen. Passing the old theater, something made her stop. She looked at the doors of the old theater and she opened them.

Walking slowly to the stage and looking in the darkness, she could make out Vincent's outline and the outline of a woman beside him.

Fran looked at the two, for a moment, and she turned on her barefeet, starting to head for the door.

(OOC: I'm sorry, this weekend was crazy. T_T)

I do not yet know of your intentions...but if taking lives is necessary, then so be it."The corner of his mouth twitched slightly at the thought and he shook his head. "No, I would like to avoid such a situation. I understand the consequences though," he said as he shifted slightly agaisnt her, resting his body against hers ever so slightly. He let the map lay on the ground and he thought to himself, his hand reached back to lightly stroke her hair ( ... )

Lucrecia tensed herself slightly to support Vincent, both of her green eyes flickering over the maps with intent concentration. His words registered within her mind, yet she said nothing. As his hand smoothed back the hair from her forehead, Lucrecia's eyebrow twitched lightly, then she managed a small smirk.

"To give you time to sneak in...perhaps we can scare them with the return of Jenova-"

Lucrecia's voice broke off as she too saw the flash of white, and instinctively she tensed defensively and glanced up. There was someone there she didn't recognise, but regarding Vincent's tone of voice, she settled. She also smiled at the stranger, then returned to studying the maps. She didn't see Vincent's eyes turn to her, but she reached out and squeezed his knee reassuringly.

Another member of Vincent's resistance, she was assuming. A friend.

Before she had been noticed, Fran had been studying the woman, wondering if she was the one Vincent had mentioned. Surely, she was. Fran was afraid that she had disturbed them, but it seemed that they were discussing something other than intimate matters.

Fran lowered her head, and raised it to give the two a faint smile. "No...I couldn't sleep," she said. "I apologize, if I had bothered you," she said.

Fran took a few steps forward, her eyes looking at the woman. "My name is Fran," she said softly.

Walking up to the stage, Fran looked at the maps. "Are you planning something, Vincent Valentine," Fran said with a slight smirk.

"I apologize, if I had bothered you," she said.

"Not at all Fran," he shook his head slightly. He watched Fran introduce herself to Lucrecia and he gave a gentle smile. "Fran, may I introduce you to Lucrecia. I...she..." he paused a moment. "I believe I mentioned her to you before."

He lowered his head slightly in embarassment like a boy being caught thinking about his childhood crush. He cleared his throat. "Yes, well, what I wanted to talk to you about," he gestured her to sit with them on the stage.

"I have been thinking of a way to sneak into the SeeD supply house," he handed over the map he was looking at, letting a free hand rest on Lucrecia's. Closing his claw around her delicate little hand.
