On Thursday we went to the Bakewell Show. Because the weather was rainy, and we are cheapskates, we only went for the last hour or so, so we didn't have to pay to get in and got some good bargains from the stalls. As usual, the highlight for us was seeing what veg we could get when they sold off the exhibits in the horticultural tent. 47 large

Hahaha! Was it a giant cabbage you bought a few years back that you had to eat with every meal? This rings a bell!

Haha, yes, well remembered! This is an even bigger beast though. I don't think we've got a chance of eating it all, but we'll get more than a quid's worth out of it.

My brother does it fried in butter with bacon and it is YUM. Not the healthiest though! I bet you'll properly be trumping in your house! lol!

The picture of the cabbage with its own seatbelt just made me giggle. Good luck getting through that; it looks monstrous!
