Until yesterday I had an allergy to guns. Now I have a sore shoulder, and no gun allergy. I still think the gun laws need to be extraordinarily tight, but I LIKED shooting bits of lead everywhere! It was funnnnnn. ;-)

Yay! I LOVE peregrine falcons, it's great to see they're breeding again. :-)

There was a red kite flying about the farm a few months ago, don't know if it is still there, haven't seen it in a while. That was breathtaking, it flew within a few meters of me at one point, I could almost touch it.

I love seeing the birds of prey out there. When I took Gill there we saw several buzzards, a kestral, a sparrow hawk and a few I didn't recognise. In the past I've seen owls; most nights you can hear them calling to each other.

I see quite a few other things too, stoats, weasels, deer, foxes etc. We smelled a fox, but didn't see it.

I have the feeling that were feral to be a pidgeon, you wouldnt want to eat 'im.. cooked or not..

as for guns... I think I will stay well clear.. dormouse with gun.. scarey
