Aaaand we're back! Hey folks! :)
--> Let's start with Emilyland. I enjoyed this subplot because it was a way of getting Emily involved with Stars Hollow characters without making it all about Gilmore conflict or causing any major fights. It was funny and cute and still managed to touch on deeper issues, like Emily's vision of Lorelai's wedding and Sookie and Jackson's relationship.
--> And this brings us to Emily's observation of Luke and Lorelai - you have to love that of all people, Emily Gilmore seems to keep pushing Lorelai in the right direction, despite her disapproval.
--> Luke and Lorelai, in general. What a sweet episode for them - it's nice to see Lorelai being there for Luke instead of vice versa for once, and Luke's history always gets to me. Not to mention, diner hilarity!
--> And the townies, coming together in the end.
--> And another subplot! Taylor versus the Other Troubadour. Always fun getting a town meeting, AND we've started on that string of occasional "dirty!"s on Lorelai's part that seem to pop up in every fanfic from a certain era. (Oh, fandom.)
--> Rory and Jess. It's moving.
