I absolutely adore the closing of this episode/season finale. There's everything I love about Gilmore Girls, it's bittersweet and the complexity and contrast of the whole thing: Sookie and Jackson finally made it while the two Gilmore Girls are both going thourgh intense emotions and neighther of them being happy at the moment and the depressive song is playing. IDK, it's a strange ending, an unconventional one and I love it. It's amazing television.
