I just opened my mailbox, (email) and I went to empty my bulk, or spam box...so im checking to make sure none of my REAL mail got sent in there, and i see this message that has ian@wisekal.net as the sender, so i open it and theres an attachment....so i click to scan and download....but then it tells me a virus was detected called like BAM or

It's probably one of those viruses that look like they're being sent from someone you know but aren't - hopefully nothing happened to your computer from opening it, but it may send your friends emails with that virus from YOUR email address.
