2) the reason may (it might...who knows with the future) fade or become unpleasant.
3) if for some reason you decide to not want it, then it will involve and require the undertaking of a process that is time consuming and quite expensive.
those are three reasons i'm confident of saying at this time...i'm sure i've more in my head, i just have to dig them out...
