I snubbed Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys in high school. The girlfriend and I were out in front of my house on Balboa Island listening to the Beatles, he walks up, introduces himself and says he's in town for a concert and asks if I've listened to any of their music, and I totally dismissed him (I feel bad about it after reading how he almost went crazy over the beach boys/beatles rivalry).
