Hey everyone!

I just started writing Tara a couple of months ago and I wanted to get some critiques on how I'm doing so far. My journal is magical_maclay, which has some Fandom Muses prompts. I think your Tara is wonderful :) I prefer her in third person versus first but you do great in both.

Yah, I struggle with first person. *laugh* FG and I just started destiny_twisted and she asked that we write in first. I've done it before but it's been awhile so I was up for the challenge but I was scared about it not coming out well.

My husband writes as well and he's been getting some samples put together to submit to different gaming companies (both computer and tabletop). A friend of ours writes for some of the d20 manuals (Dungeons and Dragons type stuff) so he's been giving Derick (the husband) tips. I've been trying to integrate them into my writing as well, but it gets so tricky doing "show, not tell" in a first person perspective. You'd think after 5 years of creative writing in HS (two classes in my senior year) I'd be better at it, but stories were never my strong point.

Regardless, thanks for commenting! I'll keep focusing on my first person.
