I do recognize that these are difficult choices to have to make, whether under rationed care, or private health care...In the real world, there will always be some who have a lousy doctor, or bad hospital visit or difficulties caused by no care at all, or (in a universal system) by rationing.

But it's wackos like that that set back honest work about what to do about "too many patients and not enough money for care."
