I've only written about five pages on the book - something I'm hoping to do regularly because I need to have some engagement with these texts if I'm going to use them in actual school papers and articles. Not that I was planning on going into grad soon, but after hearing you and Carrie and Erin B's experiences I am a little apprehensive....Does the fact that you are studying a subject of your choice and one that you have a true passion for make all of the painful work worthwhile? Hang in there!
