Every time they do decide to change the laws to attempt to inject intelligent design into the schools they re-elect the people who voted for that law. Before this issue becomes an actual law the people on the board of education have to go through another election process so if they are again voted out of office like they were 6 years ago then this will be thrown out of the courts.

...Also. This is the state that had a group of people still beliving the world was flat until we took pictures of the earth from space.
