2 walls: Kate Beckinsale, Jensen Ackles
Was browsing through my past wallpapers, when I noticed two things. One is how I rarely add text. And the other is that it's been nearly a year since I last added a signature to my walls. Anyway, was wondering if you guys had any thoughts about this. Does not adding text make a wallpaper incomplete? Or is text just another creative effect you can choose to not do? Is there a point to branding wallpapers as yours?
Personally, I don't think text is necessary unless it adds something to the wallpaper. Don't text just for the sake of having text. Maybe I'm just really bad at thinking of things to write lol, but I don't think my wallpapers are any less worthy or complete just because I don't add text. Regarding signatures, minimising their impact is always a tricky business and just wastes time you could be spending on other graphics. Plus if anyone is going to steal it, hack it up, or whatever, they'll be doing it regardless of whether you have a sig or not. So I thought, why spoil a pretty wall for everyone else who does respect me and my rules! :)
