Answer to question is obviously "Cotton the Cat's owner should be reported to the (American version of Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) for giving it food that's *really* bad for it."

Answer to question 2 may involve "Four known survivors of zombie apocalypse fight over the remaining 1/3rd of a tuna sandwich."

What's wrong with giving a cat tuna?

Lacks certain essential vitamins etc, plus can be harmful depending on what it's been contaminated with. It's ok in moderation as a treat.

Tinned tuna will either be in brine (and cats don't process salt well), or in oil. As siliconshaman says, ok in moderation as a treat. But tuna in a sandwich implies bread and butter or mayo - not ideal for cats.
