Last Tuesday, (two days after my birthday, thank you all for wishing me a good one,) Mom had to go the the emergency room. Due to this I was in VA way early Wednesday morning and missed my 8 am class. She was transferred to Washington Hospital center and then Fri was told "To go home as people get sicker in the hospital..." (This is a direct quote, which is actually good advice, what bothered me was that they really couldn't come up with what was wrong with her or a treatment plan) Then released.
Tuesday of this week she went to the Dr office, early, and they assigned her a nurse to come help dress the skin problems she is having. (What I mean by early is that the original appointment was for today, but things were so bad, not emergency room bad, that they took her early.) Today the nurse came and called an emergency unit. She is back in the hospital.
At the moment I'm waiting to hear back from my brother which hospital they are actually going to be keeping her at as there seems to be some confusion as to if she will stay at Fairfax or not.
In the mean time I have a virus in my eye, have had it for a week now, and I'm not seeing very well out of it. So, I'm not really looking forward to driving in the rain to go to the hospital.
Selfishly, I hope they keep her in the Hospital till after my exams. *sigh* I'm such a bad person.
Long whiny rant is long, and whiny.
End transmission.
