okay so now i figured out what i was doing wrong......so remedial with technology i am...thank you james for pointing out the uber obvious there. so today i did what i have spoken about doing for like well over 9 months i went and wrote to my boss requesting a pay rise, oh yes i did! finally. so yeah sounds easy to do but i find those things hard
