Interesting subject in your watercolour - do you have a spell for knees?

how about:

with every step I get stronger
the stronger I get with every step

say this in your mind as you visualize white healing light surrounding your knee - yu will need to 'think' this as you walk for at least 3 days

the chain reaction that caused your knee to go poof will need to get the same happy thoughts for overall strength and healing

coffee again soon? I am in need of some caffiene and sugar myself
