I'm seriously bummed. Dr. Immel, the coolest professor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, was eliminated from WSU's from the ongoing job search for the piano/music history/theory position last week. I just found out a few minutes ago. I guess it doesn't matter to me personally, because I'm leaving next year anyways, as is he. So I was fortunate ( Read more... )

Anyway, yeah, I'm sad about Dr. Immel too, that really bites!! :( I wanted to have him next semester for sight singing again, even if he was really hard. But what's this about politics? I just heart that the music department got its budget cut again and couldn't afford to keep him... :\??
