Thank you for the comments on my last post. Things, as they usually do, worked out at least OK-ish in the end. Meaning that the man I enraged admitted that one can over-react at times (he do all the time) and that hopefully we can work things out better in the future

Well, better to know now the limits of the trust you can place in her. It's not ideal, but not everyone has the same standards, whether in working relationships or friendships. It doesn't mean you can't get on, just that you know where you have to be wary.
I'm really glad you managed to have some genuine communication with the man, and that you're feeling a bit better about it now.
