With a generous helping of applause, adoration and love for Sam and Nickymun, Ginger's backstory can be read here. As narrated by her husband and his best friend Nicky. It's basically the Casino movie script narration with a few edits for the purpose of our story. And it takes you right up to the point where the characters are starting off here,

Personally, I thought that line was a bit cheesy, I was more proud of the "Well, who wouldn't" bit, which I felt was a bit more Nicky-ish))
